We are constantly searching and creating opportunities for our clients to do business with the State of Colorado and local governments, even before such opportunities are formally announced. Based on our own experience working in government, we understand the procurement development and decision-making process. We work to develop a comprehensive procurement advocacy strategy, including how to successfully build project teams, identify alternative funding, financing and project delivery approaches tailored to our client-specific and project-specific needs. We assist our clients seeking procurement contracts with relationship building, message development, RFP/RFI strategy, guidance on bid protests if needed, and long-term relationship maintenance.
